Lightest Double Stroller

If you're looking for a light double stroller the weight and size are the most important aspects to consider. Choosing one that's easy to maneuver and compact when not in use will make it easier to put in the trunk of your car, and to maneuver through airport gates and foreign streets.

It's a little more expensive, but offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also comes with a handy carry strap and can accommodate children up to 44 pounds per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+

If you're looking for a stroller that's light in weight but also packed with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at just 13 pounds and has plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket, a parent storage pocket and much more. The stroller is also compatible with a child's car seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easily engaged. It's designed to adapt to your kids from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and up.

Another thing to take note of about this stroller is that it only runs on swivel wheels and doesn't have any locking options which means it won't be the best choice for rocky or sloping terrain. It's still a great option for most families, as it is easy to maneuver on smooth surfaces as well as smooth surfaces.
