Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy on the palate. It mellows, and turns into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to bring the balance. The result is a cup that is a great drink by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through the grounds with the plunger. Do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this can cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, ideal for relaxing weekends.

Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast with the sweet cocoa and citrus aroma. It has a smooth mouth feel that caresses the palate. The cocoa-like notes can be traced back to a winter's day spent on the sofa with an enjoyable book and a hug from the family. To brew the coffee beans 1kg first heat your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and causing undesirable elements in your drink.
