When you're trying to pause an intense weekday or winding down over the weekend, a little portion of this gentle roast will go a long ways to relaxing your mind and body.

Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy on the palate. It softens and transforms into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup that is delicious by itself or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should then be pushed through the grounds with the plunger.
